Scope of works

• Full interior fit-out of a 1,600 m² bare-shell floor into a member-ready co-working environment
• Space planning and partitioning into glazed workstation bays, focus zones and a reception/service counter
• Supply and installation of ergonomic dual-monitor workstations and high-back mesh task seating
• Bespoke joinery package: reception/service counter, open shelving and storage millwork
• Polished concrete-look flooring, wall finishes and printed instructional/wayfinding graphics
• MEP coordination, recessed ceiling works, blue LED cove lighting and suspended linear luminaires

• Glass-partitioned workstation bays that balance acoustic separation with an open, daylight-filled feel
• A statement recessed ceiling with an electric-blue LED cove and a clean suspended linear light fixture
• Polished concrete-look flooring that gives the space a durable, contemporary industrial character
• Bespoke white joinery service counter with open shelving for a tidy reception and storage point
• Ergonomic dual-monitor desks with high-back mesh seating, ready for plug-and-play member use

The challenge

The brief called for fitting a high density of technology-ready workstations into a 1,600 m² floor while preserving an open, comfortable feel and keeping noise between users under control.

Our solution

Al-Suhool's in-house fit-out and joinery teams delivered the project in coordinated phases, using glazed partitions for acoustic zoning, prefabricated joinery for fast, clean installation, and full MEP and lighting coordination under a single QA/QC programme.

The outcome

The completed fit-out delivered a fully operational 1,600 m² co-working space in 2022, ready for member move-in with dozens of plug-and-play workstations and a distinctive, brand-forward interior.
