Scope of works

• Supply and installation of Carrara and Emperador marble flooring across approximately 900 m² of villa interiors
• Fabrication and fixing of a feature marble staircase with matching treads, risers and skirting
• Stacked natural-stone feature wall cladding with full-height vertical book-matched panels
• Honed stone flooring with decorative pebble-inlay drainage and transition detailing in the wet/wellness zone
• Bespoke timber joinery, floating shelving and back-lit recessed niches coordinated with the stonework
• Surface sealing, polishing and protective finishing with full QA/QC handover

Design & features

• Full-height stacked natural-stone feature wall in warm beige tones, vertically book-matched
• Honed marble flooring continued from the warm timber-toned planks into a pebble-inset stone band
• Twin arched recessed niches with concealed warm back-lighting framed in timber
• Bespoke timber bench and drawer joinery with integrated floating shelves
• Layered warm lighting from recessed ceiling downlights and a pendant fixture for a calm, residential ambience

The challenge

Delivering large-format Carrara and Emperador marble across 900 m² of occupied villa interiors required tight tone and vein matching between living areas, the staircase and water-exposed wellness zones, all without disrupting the household.

Our solution

Al-Suhool's in-house marble workshop dry-laid and book-matched every slab before fixing, phased the works room by room, and applied a sealed, falls-graded build-up with pebble-inset drainage in wet areas under continuous QA/QC supervision.

The outcome

The completed villa delivers a seamless, fully sealed marble surface across all 900 m² with consistent vein matching, handed over in 2023 to residential standard with a durable, low-maintenance finish.
