Scope of works

• Full retail fit-out of a 480 m² flagship space, from civil works and partitions through to final handover
• Supply and installation of Calacatta marble flooring with seamless transitions and polished detailing
• Stepped gypsum tray ceiling with integrated turquoise LED cove lighting and recessed downlights
• Bespoke navy-blue display tables and product plinths with concealed cabling and accent uplighting
• Branded feature wall with dimensional signage, illuminated graphics and interactive display panels
• MEP coordination, lighting design and final fit-out QA/QC, snagging and commissioning

Design & features

• Stepped gypsum tray ceiling with concealed turquoise cove lighting that draws the eye and defines the retail zone
• Seamless light-toned floor finish with Calacatta marble detailing for a clean, premium retail backdrop
• Custom navy-blue display tables with accent LED uplighting that spotlights individual products
• Brand feature wall combining dimensional 3D lettering, illuminated icons and interactive panels

The challenge

As a Downtown Dubai flagship, the store had to project a premium brand identity and support heavy footfall while keeping a bright, uncluttered display environment within a tight fit-out programme. Integrating marble flooring, concealed lighting and bespoke joinery seamlessly across the 480 m² floorplate demanded precise coordination and finishing.

Our solution

Al-Suhool delivered the project through its in-house fit-out and marble workshop teams, fabricating the Calacatta flooring and navy display joinery off-site for precise on-site installation, and phasing MEP, ceiling and lighting works to compress the programme. Rigorous QA/QC and snagging ensured flawless marble joints, level floors and a fully commissioned lighting scheme at handover.

The outcome

The completed 480 m² flagship opened in 2022 as a bright, brand-defining retail destination in Downtown Dubai, delivering a durable, low-maintenance marble floor and a layered lighting scheme that elevates product presentation and customer experience.
