Scope of works

• Complete entertainment fit-out of a 2,600 m² family leisure facility, delivered turnkey
• Seamless light-toned epoxy resin flooring laid for a hygienic, joint-free, easy-to-clean surface
• Recessed floating gypsum ceiling with concealed cove LED lighting and integrated downlights
• High-gloss themed wall finishes with illuminated, back-lit graphic feature panels
• Glazed partitions and framed glass enclosures dividing zones while keeping clear sightlines
• Acoustic panelling and MEP coordination (lighting, HVAC, power) integrated within the finishes

The challenge

A family entertainment centre demands surfaces that stay bright and inviting yet withstand constant high foot traffic, frequent cleaning and the strict hygiene and safety expectations of a child-focused leisure venue.

Our solution

Al-Suhool delivered the project turnkey with its in-house fit-out team, specifying seamless epoxy flooring and high-gloss wipe-clean finishes, phasing the works and applying a structured QA/QC regime to coordinate finishes, lighting and MEP to programme.

The outcome

The completed 2,600 m² centre opened on schedule in 2022 as a bright, hygienic and durable family destination, with seamless epoxy flooring and easy-clean finishes that minimise maintenance and downtime across high-traffic zones.
